Invi Works values our customers and respects your privacy. This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes the Personal Information we collect about you, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, when we share it with third parties, and how third parties may use that information. A Note about Children

We do not intentionally gather Personal Information from visitors who are under the age of 16. If a child under 16 submits Personal Information to Invi Works and we learn that the Personal Information is the information of a child under 16, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The Personal Information that we collect depends on your interactions with us and the Site, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.

For instance, we may repost on Instagram a post you make on Instagram in relation to Invi Works and/or our products in our own Instagram feed. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us run our business. For example, we use Wix to power our online store. We also may share your Personal Information in the following ways:

Business Services – We may share your information with third parties, including our agents, service providers, and consultants as needed, for them to provide business-related services to us. Such third parties may manage our customer information and perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment, fraud monitoring, identity verification, processing credit card payments, email or mail delivery and administration, promotion fulfillment, surveys or data analysis, etc.
Promotions and Contests – We may share your information or combine your information with publicly available information when we team up with other promotional partners to jointly offer or provide products, services, contests, or promotions to our customers, or otherwise to enhance and personalize your shopping experience
Fraud Detection – We also share certain Order Information and Device Information with third parties who help us to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions. Site Optimization – We also use the Device Information more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Aggregation – We and our vendors may aggregate the Personal Information collected from you to better understand our customer and potential customer base. Aggregated personal information does not personally identify you or any other customer or potential customer.

CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with Personal Information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, your consent is implied as granted to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we may maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
